GuideLine:

To lodge a new claim
1. At the left panel, click customer section/seksyen pelanggan, click New customer claim/tuntutan kerosakan/kerugian.
2. Fill in the form in the main windows.

To query claim status
1. At the left panel, click customer section/seksyen pelanggan, click check my claims/semak tuntutan.
2. Key in your email or phone number or claim number.
